Long Hammer embraces the IPA tradition of a strong hop profile while remaining approachable and easy to drink with its smooth flavor and clean finish. The traditional IPA brewing process is taken one step further by dry-hopping, or adding hops at the very end of the brewing process. Cascade hops are used because they impart a wonderful hop aroma without an overpowering hop taste.
